QCA document: e-testing and e-portfolios
by Nadeem Khan - Friday, 7 December 2007, 08:38 PM

Info received from Nigel Lloyd (CamProf UK):

The Qualifications & Curriculum Authority (QCA) and its partner organisations across UK have just issued a document “e-Assessment: Guide to effective practice”. This document isle on www.efutures.org , and gives advice on:

- e-testing

- e-portfolios

It has sections setting out the roles and responsibilities needed for both activities, recommendations for setting up and running e-tests, and for e-portfolios, some practical case studies, the standards for a new qualification in delivering e-testing, a glossary, and annexes with useful practical documents and checklists (including a review of technical issues including inter-operability).

Best regards,

CamProf UK
